How To Choose Coffee For Enema

Coffee For Enema

Today is all about coffee!

But not a cup of your morning joy—it’s about coffee for enema.

Difference?

Sometimes I hear from people, “What’s a big deal? Just get off the shelf your Folgers, and you are in a club.”

Really?

Not so fast!

I strongly recommend NOT to do this. And before you decide on your coffee for enema, read below a detailed analysis about types of coffee, ways of its production, levels of roast and other relevant information.

Well, in general, what do you know about coffee?

1. Drum Or Air-Roasted?

If I ask you, “Is your coffee drum or air-roasted,” will you know? And why does it matter?

Even though the argument “drum vs. air” has no definitive conclusion, air-roasted coffee without a doubt has certain advantages. How To Choose Coffee For Enema

Time Matter!

You should know that the longer the coffee beans are roasted, the more essential elements are lost.

And if it takes approximately 15-20 minutes to roast a batch of green beans using drum roaster, the same can be achieved in half of the time or less through air-roasting. Time does matter!

Even Roast

During air-roasting, the hot air is distributed through the “bed” of beans with high effectiveness of heat transfer. It works like a popcorn machine. Result?

It drives dampness out of beans with perfect precision and gives it an even roast in a short period.

In a drum roast, depending on where the beans are “sitting,” they can reach the desired stage   (color) at different times, which result in an uneven roast.

No Burning Bean Chaff

In an air-roaster, when chaff comes off the bean, it rises and goes into chaff collector. There is no chaff left in a chamber, and therefore, it doesn’t affect coffee flavor and its contents.

During drum roasting, it is a fire which heats the beans, and most chaff remains with beans and keeps “smoking.” This is why coffee has a “burned” flavor.

→ Note: There is an ongoing debate about a possible higher amount of acrylamide—a potential carcinogen—in drum-roasted coffee due to the higher roasting temperature. Currently, however, there is no proof of such claim and a higher risk of dietary acrylamide.

For me, I want to take a precautionary approach and stick with air-roasted coffee.

Well, would you like the “cleanest” coffee for your enema?

2. Coffee Potency For Different Needs

You know that the original color of coffee beans is green.

What’s the difference between the “darker” vs. “lighter” color?

It is about POTENCY!

The lighter the color, the stronger the coffee.

How To Choose Coffee For Enema Roast TypesMedium Roast

If you are a beginner or relatively new in enema protocol, you should go with the medium air roast. It is a popular option and provides its users with a powerful detox effect.

Light Roast

After using for a while a medium air roasted coffee, you can increase potency and try light roast if you feel you need a little more “boost.” You know when you try, and you always can go back and forth, switching different types of roast.

Most people who I talk to, after using different roasts, find their “favorite.”

Ultra-Light Roast

This one is for very experienced users, especially if they are in overall good health. It is the most potent coffee because it contains the most caffeine and palmitic acid, which is essential for a powerful coffee enema.

Why?

When you are holding a coffee solution, it is in the colon, not liver. Hemorrhoid veins absorb coffee, and then through portal veins is transported into the liver. Caffeine and palmitic acid stimulate the liver to open bile ducts and release toxins.

So, if ultra light is your roast, go for it!

I have been doing liver detox for seven years and used ultra-light roast on and off.

Now, as maintenance, I switched to medium roast with exception when I am after travel and some special event. Then I increase coffee potency and go with the light or ultra-light roast.

I have them all!

3. Organic, Mold-Free – What Do You Have?

Do you buy organic produce?

If not, I strongly suggest you get only organic coffee for your enema needs. After all, it goes to your colon, blood, and liver!

USDA Certification will guarantee the purity and integrity of your coffee. It will also give your assurance that coffee is fresh, and there are no additives or fillers. It is always a plus if there is another organic certification.

Top-rated organic coffee processors are the pride of their clean facilities, which are soy, peanuts, and wheat-free. They roast only organic coffee.

Some of them are in line with Good Manufacturing Practices—GMP. It ensures the coffee is produced and controlled according to quality standards.

Organic coffee has another important characteristic—it is potentially (!) mold and fungus-free. Even though some organic producers claim that their coffee is “mold-free,” I would not be concerned about it.

Mycotoxins—the by-products of mold growth on foods—can be only harmful if heavily ingested. Most organic growers and producers of coffee go through rigorous testing resulting in low or no detectable mycotoxin levels.

Reputable coffee producers assure fast delivery, excellent condition of the shipment and have user-friendly customer service.

Another concernGround or Whole Bean?

What would you prefer?

I always believed that the whole bean is better than ground coffee. How can it be different?

When you grind coffee and store it, the coffee loses some essential elements affecting taste and flavor because oils in the bean are evaporated.

Any time I see in the store how people grind the coffee, I look at them with utter disbelief.

How about you? Do you think grind coffee will lose its potency?

So, whatever your preferences, it is critical that you have a choice—to buy ground or whole beans.

Bottom Line: I had been using S. A. Wilson’s Gold Roast coffee for a long time before I found PureLife and can attest its high-quality product and superb customer service.

If you are an ADVANCED user and ON A BUDGET, you found your coffee!

8. How to Store Coffee

Remember why I prefer beans vs. ground coffee?

To preserve its potency!

But—either ground or whole beans—you should keep your coffee in the airtight container, in a dark and dry place.

And even some people prefer to keep coffee in a refrigerator—there is no reason for that since their coffee is probably already stale.

Also, most people keep coffee in the same bag they bought it. They forgot that when they opened the bag – it’s not airtight!

If it is a canister, it cannot be a clear one because light can interfere with the taste and flavor of your coffee.

What do I do?

I put coffee in a dark glass container with an airtight cover or use my favorite Planetary Airscape Coffee Storage Canister. It is perfect for dry coffee beans.

Why do I love it?

  • It removes and locks out air to protect the potency of coffee and its freshness.
  • It is also made from a quality restaurant-level stainless steel and BPA-free.

I have a few of those containers – 32 and 64 oz for either 1 or 1.5 pounds of coffee.
